It’s all in the little sentence by Stefan Zweig inscribed at the beginning of the book:
“The pause is also part of the music”.
At a time when everyone speaks of the value “work”, I wanted to draw attention to those little moments when you do nothing special, which are fundamental to a healthy balance. It’s good to work, but also to know when to stop!
